Doner Advertising, UX Director (2014-Present)

  • Ran the user experience department and served as UX/creative director for over 15 full website redesigns, two apps, chat bots, social media campaigns, 20+ micro-sites, user testing initiatives, augmented reality projects, and analytics/data collection reporting for over 40 major clients.

  • Created data driven, agile work-stream process for digital production leading to a 30% decrease in project turn around time.

  • Developed complete omni-channel digital customer journey experiences from initial strategy through final production and ongoing optimization.

  • Completed projects have a 100% success rate in reaching or exceeding clients’ key KPIs and business objectives.

  • Managed a team of 6 people comprised of user experience and user interface designers, in addition to front-end and back-end developers.

Founder / Creative Director of Babl Media (2011-2014)

  • Founded my own company and secured $30,000 of investment capital from LaunchHouse, a small business incubator.

  • Networked, sourced leads, pitched, sold, and provided design and development solutions for over 50 clients, ranging from startups that have gone on to raise over $4,000,000 in funding, to INC 5000, and Fortune 500 companies.

  • Grew the business to $320,000 in yearly revenue while building and managing a team of four people, handling all business responsibilities, and providing UX and creative direction.

  • Founded three additional companies in this time, raising $60,000 among them. Babl Media was acquired by Doner Advertising in 2014 to become the in-house digital team for the Cleveland office. I was later invited to relocate to Detroit to run Doner’s main UX department.

  • Started 3 more companies in this time, raising an additional $60,000 among them.

    • QuickConnect - A product to scan business cards and automatically add them to your contacts and send a follow up email.

    • DidLog - Automated time tracking software.

    • FounderSync - A platform designed to match people with ideas to people who could make the ideas a reality.
