We made Doner’s new website perform so well we thought we broke the analytics.

When Doner rebranded in 2019 they needed a new site to match the rejuvenated tone and refreshed look. The site needed to be visually interesting, tell the brand story, and deliver key messaging to potential new hires, companies looking to bring in an agency, and consultants. We started from the ground up, developing personas, user stories, building visual look-books, performing competitive audits, building site maps, and then wireframed the entire thing out. We went through multiple rounds of user testing at every stage and developed the site using the latest in agile methodology. After a month of being live we looked at the numbers and were shocked at how good they were, to the point where we had to have a meeting with our analytics department and make sure we were actually filtering out our own IPs. Turns out we were and people are just digging the new look.

23% reduction in bounce rates to just 12%
15% increase in traffic
12% more visitors to careers page apply
